WALTS Co.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "WALTS") hereby announces that it has adopted the following policy for appropriate protection and use of personal information pursuant to the Law relating to the Protection of Personal Information.
Handling of Personal Information
- 1) Collection and Use of Personal Information
When collecting personal information, WALTS shall clarify its purpose to customers.
When using customers' personal information, WALTS shall do so only for the purpose and within the scope of use clarified at the time of collecting that information. - 2) Inquiry and Correction of Personal Information
With respect to Personal Information collected by WALTS, if a individual wants to make an inquiry or request correction or deletion thereof, and if he/she submits his/her request to the specified contact, WALTS will respond to such request as expeditiously as reasonably possible, after confirming the identity of the individual. - 3) Implementation of Security Measures
In order to secure the safety of personal information, WALTS shall implement safety measures, and unauthorized access to personal information, as well as loss, damage, alteration, or leak of such information. - 4) Pursuant to the Laws
WALTS shall develop a compliance program under the applicable laws, regulations and other guidelines relating to personal information, and shall comply with the program.
